Become a Franchisor
| What is a Franchisor? |
|
A Franchisor's role is to recruit new Franchisees, choosing only those who show clear signs of future success. They must then provide ongoing support including advertising for work, regular meetings, and a one-on-one business coaching relationship. At the very least this means phoning each Franchisee once a month, providing real and meaningful help to improve their business. Franchisors are commonly successful Franchisees. If not, they are expected to become skilled and experienced in the Division so that they can provide meaningful support. Working in the field also provides an extra income until the number of Franchisees has grown enough to provide a full time living. Franchisors are recruited by the Divisional Franchisor of their Division (Mowing, Cleaning etc.), and go through a careful screening at Divisional and national level. Franchisors should not be involved in any other Division, business or job. To be effective means focusing 100% on the success of their Franchisees and their business. ![]() |
