• No limit to size of business, and no extra fees for expansion
• No limit to the area worked
• No limit to the kind of work done (apart from legal requirements)
• No removal of customers without consent, unless the customer requests it
• Automatic renewal of contract for compliant Franchisees
• Right to change Franchisor if not satisfied
• Every Franchisee has direct access to Jim
• A simple majority of Franchisees can require their Franchisor to sell out, if not satisfied with the service they receive.
